Do you feel like you work a lot? Because unless you are keeping track of gossip 24/7, you are definitely getting more down time than me. I was just eating lunch at Southern Hospitality on the Upper East Side when I received a few tips from one of my faithful readers. Looks like there’s no such thing as gossip-free lunch these days… especially as we approach a fresh Wednesday night episode. As usual, I never reveal juicy little tidbits without a spoiler warning and a link-through, so click to find out what else is happening in episode two of Gossip Girl “The Wild Brunch.”
I got a little ahead of myself when I said before that B and S were going to battle it out for an admissions interview at Yale. That’s not actually going to happen until the third episode “Poison Ivy.” (Episode 3 spoilers coming very soon, check back!) In the second episode of Gossip Girl, B will confront S about the news she heard from N in the pilot. I can only imagine how awkward that conversation is going to be…
C’s father is the one hosting the wild brunch, which happens to be at the Palace Hotel the Bass family just bought and the van der Woodsen family is staying at. Are we going to see C and D get into another fist fight here? The previews also show C waking up with two ladies in his bed. Naughty naughty.
Turns out that the coach I mentioned in my first spoilers post for “The Wild Brunch” is the girl’s lacrosse team coach. S and B are both on the team - which should make for some friendly competition.
Maybe that was the wrong F word.
It looks like we are also going to see our favorite characters in action at school. Wait… school? I wasn’t completely sure anyone actually went to school based on what we’ve seen so far.
Okay, fine. I’ll leave you with my best tidbit - one of the opening scenes from episode 2. It may not be a Prada minibag, but don’t say I never gave you anything.
