The Phillipine Daily Inquirer named him one of the young names that will dominate 2008.
One look at the guys of “Gossip Girl” and there is no doubt that Penn—or Dan Humphrey in the show—is the hottest of them all. After appearing in TV shows such as “Will & Grace” and “The Young and the Restless” and movies such as “John Tucker Must Die,” he is all set to appear in a rugby-themed movie called “Forever Strong.” Not just a looker (who owned his own looks when he cut his long curly locks), Penn is also a musically gifted guitar-playing singer who may make his presence felt in the airwaves as well. I definitely agree. I’m from the Philippines and I attest that Penn is building a strong fan base here. In fact, lots of girls from my school (those who have watched GG episodes in youtube) agrees that “Dan” is the hottest guy on the show.

Don’t you people get it? Nate, Dan and Chuck are three hot guys with very distinct appeal! They cannot be under one category and thus not make them qualified to be compared to one another. Duh?
However, I, personally think that whoever is the author of that article in PDI should do further investigative report. My whole school seriously believes that Nate is the hottest!
