Ooh, sighting! Looks like Chace Crawford is fitting right in to the young celebrity scene. From Miami New Times:

Bubblegum boys, Chace Crawford and Sean Pyfrom were partying it up at Mokai Sunday night with JC Chasez and a Brittany Snow look-alike Sunday night.As we all know, a plethora of celebs adorning everywhere from the A to D lists are in town for annual SoBe New Year’s Eve festivities. Prepping for the big night, a couple of teen hotties, a has-been and a look-alike hit the scene Sunday night at Mokai. Desperate Housewives’ Sean Pyfrom was accompanied by sexy up-and-comer Chace Crawford from fall hit Gossip Girl with a surprising appearance by ‘N Sync’s JC Chasez and what appears to have been a Brittany Snow (Jon Tucker Must Die) look-alike. The crew was surrounded by a team of bouncers and indulged in VIP bottle service while arriving on scene around 12:30 a.m. They danced their twenty (and thirty) something pants off all night, but kept their distance from the fans, requesting no cameras within snapping distance. A local Gossip Girl fan claimed Crawford’s best friend “flirted all night but wouldn’t let me near Chace” The only thing that could have enhanced the Mokai madness was an impromptu song by Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens.
